These Terms & Conditions apply when you reserve or rent a self-drive vehicle from Wheels 4 You, Indore. By making a booking enquiry or renting a vehicle from us, you agree to the points below. These terms are intended as a general guide — exact details for your specific booking will be confirmed with you directly before pickup.

Eligibility

To rent a vehicle, the renter is generally expected to:

• Hold a valid driving license appropriate for the vehicle category
• Provide two valid physical identity proofs at the time of pickup
• Be of an age considered appropriate for self-drive rentals (please confirm with us if unsure)

Bookings & Availability

Enquiries made through our website or WhatsApp are requests, not confirmed bookings. A booking is considered confirmed only once we have verbally or in writing confirmed availability, dates, and pricing with you. Prices and availability shown on the website are indicative and may vary depending on the season, demand, or vehicle condition at the time of booking.

Rental Plans & Pricing

Some vehicles may only be available on a 24-hour or multi-day basis. Included kilometre limits, extra km charges, and extra hour charges vary by vehicle category, as shown at the time of booking. Approximate extra charges by category:

These figures are approximate and may be revised from time to time. The exact applicable rate for your booking will be confirmed at the time of reservation.

Pickup & Delivery

Vehicles can generally be picked up from our Indore office at no extra cost, or delivered to your location for an additional charge (currently around ₹500, subject to distance and availability). Doorstep delivery is subject to location and may not be available in all areas.

Fuel Policy

Vehicles are typically provided with a certain fuel level and are expected to be returned with a similar level, or refuelled before return. Specific fuel arrangements will be discussed at the time of pickup.

Vehicle Use & Condition

• The vehicle should be driven only by the person whose details were provided at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed
• The vehicle should be returned in approximately the same condition as it was provided, allowing for normal wear and tear
• Smoking inside the vehicle is not permitted
• Any damage, traffic violations, or fines incurred during the rental period are generally the responsibility of the renter

Extra Charges

If the agreed kilometre limit or rental duration is exceeded, additional charges may apply as per the rates shared with you at the time of booking. We'll try to communicate any extra charges clearly, but final amounts are calculated based on actual usage at the time of return.

Cancellations & Changes

If you need to cancel or change your booking, please let us know as early as possible via WhatsApp or phone. We'll do our best to accommodate changes depending on availability, but cannot guarantee that all requests can be met, especially for last-minute changes.

Limitation

Wheels 4 You will make reasonable efforts to ensure vehicles are clean, roadworthy, and as described. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific vehicle model, and reserve the right to offer an alternative vehicle of similar category in case of unavailability.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
